Job Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a national Charity who are looking for an SEN Employability Tutor in Worthing. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £24,500 - £30,000 (depending on qualifications and experience). The role will involve delivering Employability programmes including Functional Skills to post-16 learners with special needs. The role will be based on site 5 days per week. The SEN Employability Tutor will be responsible for: Planning, creating and delivering engaging Employability programmes including Functional Skills Providing advice and guidance to learners to overcome barriers to secure employment Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes Working with the quality team to ensure standards are maintained The SEN Employability Tutor will need to: Have Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent (the client may consider someone without a Level 3 qualification if they have teaching experience) Experience in teaching learners with special educational needs Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Employability programmes or Functional Skills Be willing to work on site 5 days per week If you would like to work for a Charity which supports the development of young learners to enhance their employment then please apply now.
