Senior Employee Relations Advisor x2 – NHS Trust | £30/hour (Inside IR35) Location: South London (4 days on-site) Contract: 3 months/ Inside IR35 Rate: £26.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP We're recruiting for two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join a busy NHS organisation. These roles sit within a fast-paced HR function supporting complex and high-volume ER casework across a large workforce. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases Provide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and procedures Ensure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworks Liaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelines Maintain accurate documentation and case records Required Skills & Experience: Strong NHS employee relations experience Confident handling high caseloads in large, complex organisations Able to provide evidence of previous headcount and case volume managed Available to be on-site 4 days per week (South London) If you're available and meet the above criteria, send your CV to: zhinkinson@welovesalt.com
