Production Activity Controller - Airbus, Broughton Location: Broughton (Onsite) Contract Type: PAYE or Umbrella Pay Rate: £23.00/hr PAYE | £30.05/hr Umbrella Hours: 35 hrs/week (4.5 days, between 7am-7pm) Security Clearance: BPSS (Completed by Airbus Security) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 About the Role Are you a proactive planner with a passion for keeping production on track? Airbus is looking for a Production Activity Controller to join their Planning & Logistics team in Broughton. This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of daily production operations, ensuring everything flows smoothly from parts to final assembly. What You'll Be Doing Kick off daily production scheduling routines Attend and contribute to daily production monitoring meetings Track progress, report parts availability, and help adjust priorities Manage work orders and component logistics (including missing parts) Coordinate parasitic flows and outstanding works across departments Support the supply of Wing Loose Items to Final Assembly Lines Handle internal/external work order transfers and logistics flows What We're Looking For A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong planning experience (industry background flexible) Excellent communication and organisational skills A logical, customer-focused mindset with a 'can-do' attitude Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure Experience over qualifications - we value what you've done Why Join Us?
