Progression Advisor

Responsibilities: This role focuses on delivering person-centred, strengths-based support to service users, helping them achieve personal goals through individualised planning, assessments, and active engagement . Key tasks include providing financial and welfare advice , supporting benefit claims and appeals , designing and delivering group programmes , and risk assessing all engagement activities. The position requires multi-agency collaboration , adherence to safeguarding and health & safety standards, efficient use of resources, and continuous professional development. Staying informed on housing and welfare legislation is essential to provide accurate, impactful advice and support. Contract length: Sessional - ongoing
