Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: BS32 Start Date: September 2025 Full-time A welcoming, forward-thinking primary school in the BS32 area is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join their team from September 2025. The Role This full-time role involves providing cover across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. You’ll play a key part in maintaining learning continuity and supporting pupil progress. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging, pre-prepared lessons across different year groups Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Adapting quickly to new routines and expectations Marking work and leaving clear feedback for the returning teacher Supporting the learning and well-being of all pupils Communicating effectively with staff and pupils Following safeguarding, health & safety, and all other school policies Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new settings quickly Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
