Responsibilities of the Insurance Broker Manage inbound/outbound communication from Clients Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service Work closely with the team to drive business growth Contribute to the training and development of junior team members Qualifications Proven experience in an Insurance Broker or Commercial Account Handler role dealing with Commercial Insurance business.
