About the Role Were looking to speak with a confident and engaging Commercial Business Partner to join our clients international team at their Gatwick operation. This is a pivotal role that blends financial insight with operational collaboration, helping drive performance and cost efficiency across the business. What Youll Be Doing Monitor daily KPIs, delay reports, customer complaints, and service metrics Interpret change orders and assess their impact on contracts and operations Liaise directly with clients to develop cost-effective solutions Collaborate with department heads to understand activity drivers, labour usage, and budget alignment Lead monthly business reviews with operational and financial insights Attend weekly operations meetings with internal teams and end clients What Were Looking For A confident communicator who can translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders A proactive problem-solver with a partnership mindset Experience in financial analysis within a fast-moving, contract-driven environment Strong Excel skills (COUNTIF, SUMIF, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) Power BI experience is a plus This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, operational environment. Youll be the go-to person for commercial insight, working across departments and directly influencing client relationships and business outcomes.
