Hybrid Working (1 day in office per week) - Offices in Birmingham or Leicester Your role: As a Business Development Executive working for a global insurance brokerage, you will initiate and develop client relationships in relation to their various insurance needs. This role will suit a dynamic professional that thrives on seeking new business opportunities and engaging with clients. The experienced team will provide training on insurance products – you just need to come equipped with a professional manner and new business/sales focus. What you’ll be doing: Initiating and developing client relationships in relation to their insurance needs Actively seek new business opportunities Networking, utilising interpersonal skills to build relationships Delivering a professional service to corporate clients throughout the sales process, including first meetings, presentations and follow up queries Achieving new business development targets, with significant rewards for doing so We’re looking for: Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively to corporate business owners and key stakeholders Experience of working within a professional environment is highly advantageous (insurance, financial services, solicitors, etc.) Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential Benefits: Exceptional financial rewards for achieving new business development targets Flexible hybrid working (1 day in office) Investment in professional development and support in achieving further qualifications (should you wish to do so!)
