Were Hiring: Planner ICTS Centralised Planning Team Location: Stockley Park Department: ICTS Central Planning Reports to : Data & Planning Manager Salary :TBC About the Role Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and ready to keep complex operations running seamlessly? Join our ICTS Central Planning Team and play a crucial role in ensuring UK airports and corporate contracts are fully staffed every single day . Using our specialist planning software, youll be the essential link between operational schedules and the teams on the ground, making sure every shift is covered and every operation runs without a hitch. Key Responsibilities Roster & Plan: Create, manage, and execute staff rosters using our scheduling platform. Build & Maintain Schedules: Produce accurate monthly rotas for UK airport and corporate contracts. Solve Problems in Real Time: React quickly to coverage gaps adjusting schedules for sickness, leave, or operational changes. Plan Ahead: Gather operational schedules from contract and station managers, forecast shifts, and secure 100% coverage before deadlines. Keep Accurate Records: Submit weekly coverage reports, exception summaries, and rota confirmations. Collaborate: Work closely with the Data & Planning Manager to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Follow Best Practice: Use shared templates, consistent naming conventions, and agreed planning processes across all contracts. Use Technology Effectively: Update the scheduling platform daily and export weekly backup data to ensure compliance and accuracy. What Were Looking For Exceptional organisational & time management skills youll be balancing multiple contracts and tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail ensuring schedules are accurate and coverage gaps are swiftly addressed. Strong communication skills confident liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Planning software skills experience with scheduling tools desirable A proactive, solution-focused mindset ready to anticipate challenges and act fast.
