Business Analyst

Business Analyst Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to start ASAP on a 6 month contract. The role has been scoped Inside IR35 so you will have to trade via an Umbrella company. Inside IR35 Hybrid working – 3 days in office (mandatory) 6 months extension You will be primarily responsible for understanding and mapping out future processes and system requirements, working closely with the IT team on project delivery for system changes and implementations. This is a key role in the project lifecycle as it is necessary to ensure requirements for any changes are clearly defined and documented prior to moving to estimation stage. Key Skills & Experience 5 yr’s Experience in Business Analysis Strong knowledge of requirements gathering Good knowledge of Agile methodology and Storyboard process Quality and objective analysis of data and process Explore and translate the needs of business teams to ensure that related system projects achieve their planned outcomes Provide support to the business in respect of mapping out as is and to be processes Run workshops with the various business teams when required in order to gather system change requirements and complete documentation for review Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SME’s), product owners and developers to determine and create backlog content including features, epics and user stories where required Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organisation skills Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
