Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs, youll lead junior team members and ensure exceptional standards in food preparation and presentation. What You'll Do: Cook and present dishes to high standards Support menu development and quality control Manage your sections stock and hygiene Contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation Uphold safety, sustainability, and Company values What We're Looking For: Experience in high-end or lifestyle kitchens preferred A team player with strong communication and leadership skills Clean, organised, and passionate about guest experience Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Full, clean UK driving licence Be part of something extraordinary at the heart of one of the UKs most famous Sporting Venues
