Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Tooting, SW17 Start Date: 18/08 Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Project Type: Hospital (ITU Unit) We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a key healthcare project in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a live hospital site, managing a team of 15 mechanical engineers and fitters.Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management of mechanical operations on an ITU unit Overseeing a team of 15 engineers and fitters Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Coordinating with subcontractors and the main contractor Reporting progress and resolving site issues efficiently Requirements: Strong mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Valid SMSTS or SSSTS Previous hospital experience highly desirable Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Additional Info: Must be confident managing teams in a live hospital environment CV submission is required Client will conduct a conversation/interview prior to appointment
