The company has seen year on year growth with growing client base. Due to the rapid growth, they are looking to increase the whole engineering team by 30%. The company have had plenty of investment coming to the site over the next few years to keep with the production and industry. The Mechanical maintenance engineer will have a great opportunity for development and training as part of these investments, with the ability to grow with this business.
