Position: Guest Experience Manager Were looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, guest-focused professional with a strong Food & Beverage background. Youll be the heartbeat of our guest journey curating, coordinating, and elevating every moment from check-in to farewell. What Youll Be Doing Oversee and enhance the entire guest experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping, activities, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Curate unique moments think surprise sundowners, personalised dining, and special-occasion magic. Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality. Handle guest feedback with grace, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset. Maintain standards of excellence in both service and presentation across the property. What Success Looks Like Guests leaving with unforgettable memories (and already planning their return). A motivated, well-trained team delivering consistently flawless service. Smooth coordination between departments with zero dropped balls. Exceptional F&B experiences that become the highlight of every stay. What You Bring MUST have a solid Food & Beverage background luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining experience preferred. A flair for creativity and personalisation in guest experiences.
