External Sales Representative

A leading plastics manufacturing company is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join their team in Elandsfontein, Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within assigned territories. Conduct regular client visits to present products, provide technical support, and secure new business. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Requirements Matric or equivalent qualification. Proven track record as an External Sales Representative, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous. Benefits Salary: negotiable.
