Quality Controller

A well-established manufacturing and engineering services company is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join their team in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with hands-on experience in inspections, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Responsibilities Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances, providing feedback to relevant departments. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and best practices. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed quality reports. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations throughout the quality control process. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational performance. Requirements Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Certification or diploma in Quality Management or a related field is advantageous. Proven experience as a Quality Controller within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment. Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a high standard of work.
