Account Manager - Kathu

Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the region Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in line with company targets Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback Develop and implement account strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations Requirements Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or related field (advantageous) Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
