Oversee all operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors. Lead financial planning and budgeting to ensure sustained profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of governance. support during M&A process as Technical matter expert. Drive innovation and identify opportunities for growth within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability across all departments. The Successful Applicant A successful GM, holding a Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent knowledge, should have: A strong background in leadership, operations, technical or commercial roles within the EMS sector. Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead cross-functional teams. Comprehensive knowledge of financial management and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A locally or international track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives within the electronics assembly business. Experience in navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
