If this describes you, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an HR professional with experience in HR and project management skills, fluent in English, to join our growing team. You will support the rollout of HR projects and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Process Improvement, Employee Development, and other HR areas. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Identifying needs; sourcing candidates via various channels (job boards, social media, networking); screening and evaluation; managing negotiations, offers, and onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and integration. Projects: Supporting the execution of Group HR projects related to HR focus areas. Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports, presentations, and analytics on projects. Stay updated on industry trends and HR best practices to continuously improve processes and policies. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies is required. Analytical Skills Initiative and good stress management. High confidentiality awareness. Fluent in Italian and English. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Qualifications: Degree in humanities and/or economics; a master’s in Human Resources is a plus.
