Job Description

Technical Customer Support - Apprenticeship We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Support apprentice to join our Customer Care team in Casalecchio di Reno (BO). This role involves assisting throughout the sales process, from initial stages to post-sales support, working closely with internal teams and customers to gain practical experience in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: Pre-Sales Support: Assisting with technical studies and customer support during early sales stages. Pricing Support: Preparing quotes and ensuring pricing aligns with customer needs and standards. Post-Sales Support: Supporting customers post-sale, managing updates, and addressing inquiries and issues. Customer Communication: Maintaining good relationships and addressing customer needs. Coordination with Plant: Communicating with production to ensure timely delivery. Data and Reporting: Analyzing data using Excel and creating reports to enhance support processes. Qualifications and skills required: Interest in data analysis and proficiency in Excel . Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering , Business , Economics , or a related field. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
