Key job responsibilities About the Role As a Vendor Consultants Manager in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will help shape and execute strategies for managing Amazon vendors. You will lead a team responsible for managing business growth with influential Selling Partners, ensuring high satisfaction through excellent service and operational standards. Your role involves managing joint business plans, collaborating with vendors to identify operational improvements, and interfacing with internal teams across retail, vendor services, site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing. You will develop and implement data-driven processes to enhance customer experience, act as a business owner to drive growth, and lead high-performing teams. Your team will focus on strategic and operational management of vendor relationships, root cause analysis of issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. A day in the life Responsibilities include: Leading a team of Vendor Consultants and prioritizing strategic initiatives. Measuring success through team performance and vendor impact on customer experience. Improving business input metrics to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Setting goals aligned with organizational objectives. Building relationships with stakeholders and managing escalations. Defining success criteria and understanding business needs in a dynamic environment. Leading recruiting and hiring efforts. Managing stakeholder needs and resource allocation. Monitoring satisfaction surveys and implementing improvement plans. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 years of team management experience.
