As part of the Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will participate in a blended training program designed to enhance your technical knowledge and cross-functional skills such as sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes. You will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle through local training and international plant and headquarters experiences, developing a strong foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions. Your responsibilities include: Helping shape the future by developing new markets, identifying and approaching untapped customers, and supporting the expansion of our sales network to enhance competitiveness and growth in the LT segment. Collaborating with the local sales team and international colleagues to share insights and best practices. Using creativity and developing your knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, participating in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new business opportunities. What are we looking for? Education & Language Skills: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level, capable of interacting in written and spoken English with international teams and headquarters. Organizational Skills: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. Reliable, proactive, eager to grow, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
