We are seeking a resource within the Product Engineering Department responsible for ensuring the completion of projects within established timelines and budgets, in compliance with automotive customer requirements. The role involves managing all technical activities related to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones, coordinating with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Management Engineering, with significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation. Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake international travel are required.
