We anticipate significant growth in the coming years. About the Role Innodata partners with leading technology companies to develop next-generation generative AI and large language models (LLMs). We are seeking intelligent, detail-oriented, and curious Language Specialists with native-level fluency in Italian to shape how AI understands and uses language. This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to AI innovation, teaching LLMs to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance. Job Title: Language Specialist – LLM Programs (Full-time) Language Requirement: Native-level fluency in Italian Key Responsibilities: Creating training datasets to enhance AI model accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice Annotating data to align AI models with human values Analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated data and AI outputs to ensure linguistic correctness Collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to refine datasets Contributing to AI training specifications and data recipes Adapting to a dynamic environment with shifting guidelines and priorities Requirements: Native-level fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuances Research skills and effective fact-checking abilities Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines Assessment: Candidates must pass two project-specific assessments evaluating language proficiency and analytical skills: Assessment 1: English Assessment 2: LLM Evaluation Assessment Link: J-18808-Ljbffr
