Job Description

Meaningful Work From Day One This position will be responsible for providing reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience. This includes order taking, record management, processing invoices, order administration, managing customer complaints, and customer product allocation. The person in this role will be an exceptional team worker and a great communicator with an aptitude for providing quality service to all of Brown Forman’s customers. This is an office / hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office. What You Can Expect Customer Service : Act as the key contact for enquiries from customers and other departments (e.g., Sales and Marketing). Build strong relationships with external contacts of Brown-Forman’s customers. Coordinate with logistics providers regarding customer requests, orders, or logistics issues. Work with the internal accounting team to ensure proper credit control. Order Management: Receive and process orders through SAP. Evaluate and manage specific orders (e.g., orders on hold). Manage EDI workflows and exception failures. Collaborate with Brown-Forman’s sales force, sharing information on customers, discounts, and stock situations. Track discrepancies in deliveries and process order corrections. Process orders for promotional requirements. Resolve issues related to order delivery. Handle customer complaints and returns, including issuing credit notes. Assist in managing customer product allocation. Project Work: Participate in ad hoc projects to improve customer service. What You Bring to the Table Minimum 1-2 years relevant customer service experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts across diverse cultures. Experience with supply chain systems, ideally SAP. Experience working in a dynamic, changing environment. Ability to make independent decisions based on logical and factual information. Previous experience in the wine, spirits, or luxury FMCG industries. What Makes You Unique Fluent in English and Italian.
