Collaborate with suppliers for shipment management. Process customer orders, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Work with Customer Care and Systems teams to improve customer experience. Contribute to Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies and Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GxP). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sea transportation. Understanding of import/export sea operations. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
