We are currently seeking talented individuals for our Graduate Specialist Program as a Junior Sales Engineer at our Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) location. This program combines local training and international experience to develop your technical, sales, communication, teamwork, and business skills, providing a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in developing new markets by identifying and approaching untapped customers, supporting the expansion of our sales network, and contributing to business growth in the LT segment. Collaborating with local and international sales teams and sharing insights to learn best practices. Enhancing your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, participating in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new opportunities. Qualifications: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level, capable of interacting in written and spoken English with international teams and headquarters. Skills and Attributes: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
