Job Description
At Factorial, we're seeking a Sales Manager for the Italian market to elevate our Sales Account Executives Team. The Role Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in Italy to achieve and surpass acquisition goals, scaling our sales efforts. You'll define strategies to drive team success, optimize impact, and ensure consistent growth. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, recruiting high-performing AEs, and fostering a collaborative environment where team members thrive. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and implement goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in Italy, aligning with broader company objectives. Team Development : Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct sales training, and provide performance feedback. Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and professional growth opportunities. Collaboration & Efficiency : Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with global teams to refine go-to-market strategies and foster regional synergies. In-field Leadership : Spend time supporting your team directly, helping them reach targets, manage pipelines, and improve sales techniques. Requirements B2B Sales Expertise : Proven experience in B2B sales and leading teams in competitive environments. Sales Leadership : 5 years of leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with at least 2 years as a Sales Manager. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze sales data and refine strategies for improvement. Languages : Fluency in Italian and advanced English skills.
