Contract Manager - Tender Epc (Oil & Gas)

Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking for a Contract Manager Key Responsibilities Perform offer analysis from a contractual / administrative point of view (Terms & Conditions), reporting any sources of risk and / or opportunities & proposing any requests for clarification and / or deviation to Proposal Manager & to Commercial Director. Coordinate the initial analysis of the contract & all accompanying documentation to report to the Project Manager any sources of risk and / or opportunities & supply necessary information for defining the management strategy of the order. Assist the Project Manager in official communications with contractual implications. Draw up contractual conditions, addendums & amicable / settlement agreements. Manage the preparation of Variations / Claims & the requests for EoT towards the customer and / or subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager in the negotiation of claims & variations. Ensure continuous update of the contractual situation through documentation collection (change orders, correspondence, etc.). Maintain the contractual status overview with the Contract Management Leader, reporting any critical risks. Coordinate with Legal to avoid and manage disputes with clients and suppliers. Requirements At least 10 / 15 years of experience in a similar role. English mandatory; Russian is a plus. Experience in significant projects. Willingness to travel abroad.
