JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. We have additional locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our focus on quality, innovation, and in-house design for high-quality paper packaging makes us a preferred partner for private labels and well-known brands in cosmetics and luxury goods. We aim to expand our partnerships and become a leading supplier of custom packaging solutions across Europe. About the Role We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets. Build strong and effective business relationships with customers. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Report sales activities weekly and monthly. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Packaging industry experience. We offer: Home office flexibility.
