We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Project Planner to join our Construction Team. This role will see you working with the Construction team, responsible for the following duties: Contractual Program Development: Crafting contractual programs during the negotiation phase with the client, identifying constraints and third-party interferences. EPC Contract Review: Examining EPC contracts and preparing contractual annexes for protection against potential delays and liquidated damages. Deliverable Identification: Determining deliverables for each EPC project, including key milestones and obligations, to define the project execution plan and narrative. Information Integration: Compiling information from all departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a consistent and reliable master schedule from bidding to execution. Project Execution Monitoring: Managing the contractual Master Schedule during project execution, ensuring compliance, progress, and effective internal communication. Program Updates: Preparing updates to identify critical paths and methods for recovery. Work Supervision: Overseeing work progress and productivity, and providing progress, control, and monitoring reports. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines, identifying deviations, and formulating preventive action plans. Progress Supervision: Periodically reviewing progress against the baseline plan, conducting forecast and trend analysis, and evaluating alternative work approaches. Internal Collaboration: Actively participating in project meetings and discussions with clients and subcontractors as required. Earned Value Management: Developing and monitoring methods, control KPIs, SPI reports, S-curves, and resource histograms. Reporting Requirements: Defining scheduling and control reporting requirements with clients and preparing monthly and weekly reports. Delay Event Analysis: Assessing the impact of delays, analyzing responsibility, discussing concurrency, and related changes. Claims Management Support: Assisting with claims management using delay analysis techniques and issuing Forensic Delay Analysis reports. Grid Connection Support: Aiding in grid connection procedures and developing project-specific roadmaps. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the technical quality of contractual programs using recognized metrics. Risk Management: Providing risk assessment and management during execution. Procedure Compliance: Ensuring adherence to the company's Planning and Project Control Procedures and documenting lessons learned. These responsibilities are designed to ensure the smooth execution and control of projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines, managing risks, and maintaining quality standards. In order to be considered for this role you would essentially have: Degree qualified in engineering or other relevant discipline Min 5 years previous experience working as a Project Planner with an EPC or similar (Solar Industry would be advantageous) Formal qualifications in Engineering or Construction, or relevant professional experience within program and project scheduling If you are interested in hearing more about our company and this position then apply now
