Job Description

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Technical Especialist! What will you do? Responsible for implementing & supporting part or all the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed design. Understands a broad spectrum of domain to provide part or all a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements. Often leads small to medium technical projects. Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate. Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment. Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments. Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement. Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment. Communicates across client community and is viewed as adding value. Demonstrates execution of the company strategy. Contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learnings are documented and shared. Role models Knowledge sharing and re-use within practice or profession. Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community. Uses professions to meet the relevant certification and professional standards. Produces internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components or modules, etc. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, Manage and Troubleshoot Unified Comms solutions. Availability: 24x7 on-call availability for critical issues. Incident analysis and troubleshooting Ensure that information on incident or problem is complete & required information attached before handover to adequately describe the issue. Transaction log maintenance Incident priority assignment and closure SLA tracking/monthly reporting Provide workaround and restoration for incident raised by L1 Provide workaround and restoration for incident raised by Managed Services team Elevation to L3 (Solution Support and Product Support) L3 Solution defect resolution Application management (patch, license, upgrade) Manage in-scope solution config Change Management (Release docs/test cases) Maintain Configuration Register Raise product bugs to Product Support team Patch installation and deployment Backup & recovery DR planning and execution Provide information on capacity planning Maintain documentation Skill Requirements: Domain: Telecom domain knowledge. Protocol: SIP and RTP. Application: SBC knowledge and PBX knowledge Scripting: Shell Scripting. Platforms: Oracle SBC, Cisco Call Manager, Broadwork. What is a plus? Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Telecom Value Added Services Application: Intelligent Networking / Telecom Applications Servers / IVRs.
