What you will do Source and attract engineering profiles for international projects. Manage interviews and recruitment processes in English. Collaborate with managers from different countries to understand project requirements. What we are looking for ✅ University degree. ✅ Fluent English (minimum B2). ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ✅ Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for engineering and consulting.
