This position involves working four 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the inclusion of weekends and holidays as needed. Provide comprehensive care to patients on a 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry unit, managing a patient ratio of 1:6. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs, and unit clerks. - Float to similar acuity units as necessary based on census demands. Current and valid RN license. - Proficient in electronic health record systems (specific charting system experience is a plus). - Must have previous charge experience and travel nursing experience. - Ability to provide care for a diverse patient population with conditions such as cardiac issues, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal disorders, general surgery, and orthopedics. - Compliance with all healthcare protocols and practices.
