The Vascular Access nurse is responsible for coordinating with physicians and nurses to ensure that patients receive the appropriate access based on clinical indications and best practice. Qualifications: Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: · Successful completion of PICC insertion program · Minimum of 6 months PICC insertion experience · American Heart Association Basic Life Support · American Heart Association ACLS, preferred EEOC Statement "SOVAH Danville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
