M&E Manager Victoria | £60,000 Package Facilities Management | Building Services | Commercial Real Estate Were partnered with a leading Facilities Management and Building Services provider who are looking for an M&E Manager to oversee a flagship commercial property in the heart of Victoria. As the on-site lead, youll be responsible for managing a team of 10 engineers, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard. This is a key role within a well-established business that invests heavily in their people, offering funded training, career progression, and excellent internal benefits. The Role Lead and manage a team of 10 engineers across a large commercial building. Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery of services. Ensure all PPM schedules and reactive works are completed to strict SLAs and quality standards. Manage contractors and liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, and team performance. What Were Looking For Proven experience as an M&E / Technical Services Manager within FM or building services. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems. Ability to oversee compliance, budgets, and reporting. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
