Job Responsibilities: 1)Coordinate upstream and downstream stakeholders to establish a collaborative demand forecasting mechanism and strategy, enabling agile capture of business demand fluctuations and enhancing the accuracy of capacity and scheduling target projection. 2)Partner with algorithmic product teams to design predictive demand-supply models , incorporating local variables like football events and rainy seasons. Basic requirements for the position: - Relevant experience in Demand&Supply planning and co-work with algorithmic product team. - Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI). - Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments. - Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
