Metallurgy Manager

Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Metallurgy Manager to join their mining company based in Limpopo. You will be responsible for leading a technical team in the safe and efficient management of production, maintenance, and laboratory processes, ensuring high-quality output. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a technical team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Oversee production, maintenance, and laboratory processes to maintain quality standards. Monitor and optimize workflow to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-functional activities to support operational goals. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and output quality. Provide coaching, training, and development for team members.
