The role includes the following responsibilities: Managing the active and passive cycle General accounting Handling and recording expense notes and credit cards Updating and maintaining the Asset and Inventory registers Managing administrative relationships with Entities/Clients/Suppliers Accounting and fiscal compliance (F24, periodic VAT settlements, Intrastat, Certifications, 770) Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative Departments or from an Audit Firm Deep knowledge of VAT regulations Problem-solving skills, precision, flexibility, and autonomy Good written and spoken English skills Contract type: Permanent, according to the CCNL for freight transport and logistics.
