Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional who leverages industry knowledge and technical solutions to assist clients in gaining market share and enhancing operational efficiencies. The role involves providing technical and consultative leadership on complex engagements, focusing on specific industries or service offerings. Responsibilities Provide technical and consultative services on NetWitness solutions across various complex projects. Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, develop solution designs and recommendations, produce documentation, and deliver training on NetWitness solutions. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and transition. Deliver services independently and as part of a team, working closely with sales, other personnel, and clients. Manage multiple work streams on complex projects, define deliverables, and follow approved methodologies while meeting margin, planning, and scope requirements. Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical reviews, and adhere to escalation and change control procedures. Analyze client requirements, propose solutions, and document deliverables to meet evolving client needs. Manage or serve as a technical lead on projects, understanding customer challenges and providing strategic solutions. Prepare and submit activity reports, keep stakeholders informed, and provide knowledge transfer and training. Create detailed project plans, review statements of work, and categorize requirements appropriately. Technical Responsibilities Assist customers in threat hunting and detection capabilities. Track threat actors and associated TTPs. Identify threat actor groups and their techniques, tools, and procedures. Provide input on cybersecurity best practices related to threat intelligence, hunting, and analysis using NDR, EDR, and SIEM. Develop detection content and use cases within NetWitness for various data sources. Create advanced queries, alerts, dashboards, and reports for threat detection. Assess visibility gaps and recommend improvements. Support customers in increasing detection capabilities and investigating potential attacks. Contribute to sales project scoping and provide technical guidance. Assist in developing and maintaining training content, assessments, and lab environments. Participate in webinars, customer training, and content quality assurance. Maintain instructor documentation and assist with lab deployments and upgrades. Deliver or contribute to at least one webinar every six months. Required Experience / Qualifications Understanding of logging mechanisms for network, security solutions, servers, and databases. Strong knowledge of networking and security infrastructure. Ability to analyze data flow in various topologies. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, listening, and presentation formats. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in distinguishing logs, events, packets, and incidents. Experience with collection methodologies such as Syslog, SNMP, ODBC, LEA, FTP, SFTP. Knowledge of threats, security trends, and policies. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Professional proficiency in English. Federal security clearance is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
