The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance across key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services. Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, you will be responsible for: Analyzing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and providing ongoing advice to companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors; Expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); Handling tax litigation; Ensuring tax compliance; Applying VAT to financial transactions; Taxation of financial returns. Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is an ideal opportunity if you have: At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms; Certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer; A master’s degree in economics and/or law; Excellent knowledge of English; Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities; A flexible and dynamic approach.
