Logistic & Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Logistic & Warehouse Manager to consolidate our structure. The manager will be responsible for coordinating the flow of receiving, handling, and shipping. Acts as the point of contact for customers and service providers, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers, and trucking companies. Prepare documents, including bills of lading, shipment documents, letters of credit, invoices, and quotes, and process vendor payments. Maintain a logistics database to track inventory flow, product tracking, metrics, on-time delivery rates, and fulfillment rates. Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, optimize service levels, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate possesses: A Master's degree in Management Engineering; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; Fluency in English is mandatory; Excellent planning and time management skills; Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage priorities; Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations, etc.); Effective communication and negotiation skills, strong goal orientation, and the ability to work well in teams.
