Your role As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for the commercial targets of the Manure proposition in your assigned geographical area. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and maximize market potential, ensuring all activities align with the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working. You are the absolute expert of the product you represent, channel your knowledge through the distribution network with a customer-centric mindset. Together with your team, you share responsibility for customer satisfaction. The CPS role is dynamic, with ample room for initiative and creativity. Your main activities Own and manage the sales funnel for the Manure proposition Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the manure business Train the sales team on product knowledge, use of tools, and sales skills Live in the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities Shape and support marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers You will report to the Manager Proposition, responsible for the South-East Europe & Turkey region. The role is based in Colturano (MI), requiring willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visits to the HQ in Maassluis and the countries covered by our cluster.
