This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking the next level in their Education career, by managing an 80 place service with a strong permanent team of Educators! In this permanent part-time (31.5 hours per week) OSHC Coordinator role, you'll have the middle of the day free working Monday to Friday 7 : 00am - 9 : 00am and 2 : 30pm - 6 : 00pm with an additional 4 paid admin hours each week. About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration About us Partnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children’s development through play in fun, engaging environments.
