Construction of a 9500 pax base camp intended to host the workers involved in the construction of the Total LNG project on the Afungi peninsula, for the CCS JV client. Job Responsibilities: Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Supervise the engineering activities and the elaboration of project’s technical documents. Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection, and quality control. Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and turnover to the client. Qualifications: Leadership and resource management skills. Professional knowledge of the English language. Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in building works/civil construction projects (contract value of 50 million USD) in remote areas and multicultural environments.
