Role Purpose Conduct AML investigations, including SARS submissions to the FIU, within set SLAs. Perform account investigations under the guidance of the MLRO or HO Global FC Operations. Assist with escalations related to Adverse Media, PEPs, and Sanctions screening alerts. Carry out ongoing AML monitoring and EDD case reviews, including documentation of SoF / SoW, within SLAs. Support transaction testing, data validation, and system customization. Contribute to compliance training materials. Participate in meetings to identify and rectify compliance gaps. Support the MLRO with projects and ad hoc requests. Attend the Milan office regularly (weekly) and as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills Required Italian residency and physical presence in Italy. Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written. At least 2 years of experience in a FinTech environment, preferably in digital assets. Minimum of 2 years in anti-Financial Crime / AML roles. Strong background in KYC / AML investigations and SAR reporting. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to various activities.
