Product Manager Incontinence For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Health & Medical, we are looking for a Product Manager for the Incontinence B2B division. This role will be key in supporting the success and expansion of the Incontinence business in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, working closely with Global and Local functions. Reporting Line: She/He will report to the Senior Brand Manager for IBIT. We are seeking individuals who embody our values, are not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move quickly. What You Will Do Manage Incontinence products and their lifecycle within the existing go-to-market strategy, including product launches, monitoring KPIs, conducting market research, and adhering to timelines. Support tender processes by selecting the right assortment, translating and updating technical documentation, and managing relationships with Labs for product testing. Review packaging and artwork for accuracy. Ensure accurate product information across all communication assets. Monitor the market and develop competitive analysis for Incontinence B2B channels in Italy and Iberia, supporting Marketing Activation Managers and sales teams. Track and manage product complaints. Who You Are You hold a University degree in Business, Technical fields (Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, etc.). You have at least 2 years of experience in product marketing; experience in the health sector is a plus. Proven experience in tender management is highly desirable. You possess strong project management skills and are confident in negotiations. You are proficient in analytics and financials. You are fluent in Italian, English, and possibly Spanish.
