Job Overview This role aims to enhance the capabilities of CIE Italy in assembly/bench production coordination, debugging, and on-site installation service coordination. The engineer will also focus on improving response times for assistance with installed systems, providing on-site support, diagnosing issues, and establishing clear commitments with customers. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance to ensure customer readiness and smooth service implementation. Participate in planning meetings with customers and vendors. Address all client questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Manage internal and external documentation. Support the design and testing of automated material handling systems in a team environment. Assist in developing departmental standards and cost-saving initiatives. Contribute to validation of installation and service documentation, including education and training materials. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering degree or Technical Diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within mechatronics companies. Proficiency in MS Office and Solid Edge. Fluent in English. Experience with 3D/2D design. Knowledge of assembly methods and mechanical machining. Team player, goal-oriented, problem solver. Available for national and international travel.
