Social network you want to login/join with: Description Your role We are looking for a Production Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the industrial production activities for our new Plant in Mantova. During the initial phase, you will be involved in the setup of production lines, the formation of work teams, and the creation of operational guidelines and production/process KPIs. Once the plant is operational, you will manage the entire production process independently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and production parameters. All activities will be aligned with evaluation metrics monitoring production flows. You will be responsible for achieving established production goals, while managing the budget efficiently in terms of both costs and output. What you will do Collaborate with senior management to define production objectives Ensure the full operational efficiency of the manufacturing facility Monitor and maintain adherence to production schedules Achieve targets defined during the budgeting phase Ensure product quantity and quality meet established standards Manage, motivate, and develop the production team Continuously supervise department performance and promptly address any issues that may disrupt production activities Who we are looking for Results-oriented individual with flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
