PROPOSAL MANAGER - EFFICIENTAMENTO ENERGETICO, Latina Job Description Our client is a nationally recognized company in the energy efficiency sector, serving businesses and public administrations. For their Rome office, they are seeking: Position Proposal Manager - Facility Responsibilities Analyze public tenders and private requests (RFP, RFQ) and verify tender documentation (technical, administrative, legal requirements). Manage and develop proposals: define development process and oversee proposal schedule. Develop technical documentation and draft projects with support from the project manager. Prepare economic reports related to cost estimation and economic planning of the proposed intervention. Manage project administrative documentation. Supervise proposal submission phase and contract award. Maintain certifications. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the energy efficiency sector. Diploma and/or degree in Law or Economics. Excellent knowledge of the energy efficiency sector and proficiency in MS Office. Good adaptability and problem-solving skills. Additional Information Direct permanent contract, with salary and level commensurate with seniority. Location: Rome, Parioli area. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
